In the Pearce Institute behind the cafe and where ever else you want it to be.

Place could be used as meeting space to: either throw a few ideas together; hoist things up the mast noticeboard ideas, look for collaborators, events, food makers, entertainers.
small hands on projects, model making, tinkering, 3D, drawing, knitting, gardening, and such like.
So the idea would be to have a couple of prefferably, Open Source, computers and a desk or two. See *Introduction to open source computing (with music) 30: 00

Have some people volunteer to sit the place a few hours or as long as they wish, so long as they are kind of productive. The computers could allow folk to get on with their own work while sitting the space.
So folk could do wee workshops, demos, talks, presentations to small groups which could develop into other more involved ideas. Hopefully the day time activities could consist of wee hand knitted ideas that would encourage participation and self help.
What are folk up to in other areas of the city? We could invite them in to tell us and maybe swap a few ideas we have
We can invite different groups working in the community to come and tell us what they are up to.
We could invite individuals, working in various fields to give presentations and explain what it is they do and why.
We find out what folk are interested in and work from there.

Every one has something to bring to the Village Square, and something to take away. You may have skills to share and things you would like to know more about.
